Liberty In a Can™ Launches Statewide in Alabama with United Johnson Brothers

Birmingham, AL – United Distributors of Alabama is powering Liberty In a Can’s statewide rollout for the Alabama market. This comes amid industry turbulence stemming from an impending November federal ban on most THC-containing products. Nonetheless, Liberty In a Can continues to align with the right partners for long-term growth. 

Before a cannabinoid hemp product (CHP) brand can be distributed in Alabama, it must be appropriately licensed and approved by the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board. Liberty In a Can™ is officially the fourth beverage brand to be approved in Alabama - just in time for July 4th! The ABC has an updated list of approved labels and brands on their website.
