Companies who support our Site and Services, such as Shopify (including Shop Pay accelerated checkout), Bankful/Valmar Merchant Services, and Klaviyo.

This includes Bankful/Walmar Merchant Services who collect payment information such as bank account, credit or debit card information and billing addresses to process your payment in order to fulfill your orders and provide you with products or services you have requested, in order to perform our contract with  you; and Marketing automation provider Klaviyo who collects email/SMS engagement data (opens, clicks, deliverability) so we can send and analyze communications.

We or third parties with whom we work may automatically collect information using online tracking technologies such as pixels, web beacons, software developer kits, third- party libraries, and cookies when you visit our Site, open or click on emails we send you, or interact with our Services or advertisements.

Information handled by Shopify (including Shop Pay), Bankful / Valmar Merchant Services, and Klaviyo is also subject to each provider’s separate privacy policy and terms of service, which we do not control.

Information we obtain from third parties will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible / liable for the accuracy of the information provided to us by third parties and are not responsible for any third party's policies or practices. Use of Your Personal Information

To Provide Products / Services. We use your personal information to provide you with the Services in order to perform our contract with you, including to process your payments, fulfill your orders, to send notifications to you related to your account, purchases, returns, exchanges or other transactions, to create, maintain and otherwise manage your account, to arrange for shipping, facilitate any returns and exchanges, and to enable you to post reviews.

Promotions / Advertising / Marketing. We use personal information for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes marketing, advertising and promotional communications via email, text message or mail, and to show you advertisements for products or services. It can also include using your personal information to better customize the Services and advertising on our Site and other websites, as well as sending marketing, advertising and promotional communications via Klaviyo’s platform.

Security / Fraud Prevention. We may use your personal information to detect, investigate or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal or malicious activity. If you use the Services and register an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We highly recommend that you do not share your username, password, or other access details with anyone else. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

Children’s Data

As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we “share” or “sell” (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Accelerated Checkout Shopify’s accelerated checkout 

(“Shop Pay”) allows customers (each, a “Customer”) to have their payment credentials saved for future transactions on Merchant e-commerce store sites (each, a “Store”) that have enabled Shop Pay as a payment method for its Customers. When a Customer completes an order using Shop Pay for the first time on a Store, the Customer will be asked on the checkout page if they would like to save their information. Shopify will collect and store certain personal information from the Customer, such as the Customer’s name, email address, mobile phone number (“Account Information”); the Customer’s credit card information and billing address (“Payment Information”); the Customer’s shipping address and the shipping method the Customer selects on the checkout page of the Store (“Shipping Information”); and information about the Store and the Customer’s order details of goods and services purchased (including information such as the type or size or other variants) (“Order Information”). Together, the Customer’s Account Information, Payment Information, Shipping Information and Order Information are the Customer’s “Saved Information”. Existing Shop Pay Customers will be able to select and checkout with Shop Pay using their Saved InformationFurthermore, any information that you share with Shopify that is comprised of Personal Data will also be subject to Shopify Privacy Policy Agreement
