Liberty In a Can™ at Fausto’s Food Palace Centennial — Key West, FL

One hundred years of feeding Key West. Fausto’s Food Palace October 8th, 2026 marked a full century as the island’s beloved grocery institution. Founded in 1926, Fausto’s has been a cornerstone of Key West life through wars, hurricanes, and the evolution of the island itself. This weekend the city showed up to celebrate 100 years. 

Liberty In a Can™ was proud to be part of it.

Cold Liberty was on ice for the centennial festivities. Fausto’s launch of Liberty In a Can™, a Florida-owned THC beverage brand, shows Fausto’s commitment to serving the locals what they want by investing in innovation.

And for the third year running, Liberty will be back with fans Nov 1st - 8th, at the Key West Offshore World Championship- and out on the water too, represented by Team Saris’ #441, looking to defend their Key West Offshore World Championship title.  

Here’s to 100 more, Fausto’s Food Palace! Key West would not be Key West without you.
