Liberty In a Can™ Achieves Full Regulatory Approval in Tennessee

Before a hemp-derived cannabinoid product (HDCP) brand can be distributed in Tennessee, it must be appropriately licensed by the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC), and have all products intended for distribution in the state approved by the Department of Revenue and included in the Hemp Brand Directory. 

Liberty In a Can™ officially has three out of the first five products to be approved. This follows the awarding of Liberty In a Can™ with an HDCP Supplier License by TABC.
